Apartments near Valencia Beach |
Our Valencia beach apartments are just the answer for stag and hen groups looking to spend time at the playa. The Marina area is also one of the liveliest areas for Valencia nightlife in the summer months. All of our self-catering beach apartments are modern, fully equipped with towels, sheets and blankets and offer groups a relaxed “place of their own” near Valencia port, marina and the beaches.
Valencia Beach Apartments
Our apartments sleep up to 8 persons, and are located in the streets near the port and beaches, on average a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. It is easy to get to Valencia City Centre by bus, tram, underground or taxi (this takes about 15 minutes). The Spain Event can now offer apartment accommodation for groups in the land of Paella, beginning 2010. Our apartments are clustered around the Marina, the charming and historic district of Cabanyal, and the Malvarrosa beach area.
Valencia Beach and Port

Surprisingly, the people of Valencia have traditionally lived with their backs turned to the sea. The wide expanses of sandy beaches at Malvarrosa, Patacona and Las Arenas have been in the shadow of the nearby Port (one of Europe's largest), and Valencianos preferred to go further afield to beaches at El Saler, or south to Gandia or Cullera. This has all changed with the regeneration of the port and marina area, mainly due to the hosting of the America's Cup sailing and the Formula One European Grand Prix, (held on August 23rd 2009).
