We have just spent a weekend in Valencia on a stag do which was booked with your company (i believe it would have been booked under the name Neil Hitchin) and i just wanted to comment how happy we were with your service but especially how fantastic and well looked after we were by Alexa.
I would hate to be a female 'looking after' 16 lads but not only from the 1st minute was she very professional but she was also a great laugh and we enjoyed her company immensely.
I know it is her job but Alexa would always go that extra mile to make sure everything was ok and that we were all happy when she did not need to, she genuinely seemed concerned that we all had a great weekend (im sure she would even have stopped the rain if she could have!) and even though we were only there for 2 days everyone was very sad when we had to say goodbye.
This is the 1st time i have EVER bothered to write a letter complimenting a service which says alot but we really were that impressed, the whole tour was faultless so thankyou to you all, i have a lot of friends getting married in the next couple of years and i will definitely be recommending your company because even if your other tour guides are half as good as Alexa they will still be fantastic.
Please could you pass on our thanks to Alexa for us, she is a real credit to your company.

We had a great time!

FYI Cecilia was superb – she gave us a load of great local recommendations which made our trip all the better. She was great at getting us there on time & really went out of her way to ensure we got the most out of every activity as well as the night life!

Pleased to say we are now famous in Viva Madrid – I’ll never forget the Mohitos! (apologies for the spelling!)

We had a great weekend in Madrid. Spent the majority of it in pubs/clubs/tapas bars but that's what a stag do is for I suppose. I've been to Madrid before so I know it has a lot more to offer.

A massive thank-you to Angela who couldn't do enough for us while we were there, you should be proud to employ her, she is a credit to your company. 110% for customer service.

The appartments were clean, tidy and comfortable.  

Overall the service was very good and I would definitely recommend you to other groups looking to stay in Madrid.

Please pass on my personal thanks to Angela. 23 is a big group and I would have struggled to organise everything (cabs/ keys/ deposits/ group meal/ coach/ directions/ recommendations etc) without her. Possibly the best customer service I've encountered.

Hi Mark,

Yeah- got home ok thanks- and went out again in Dublin on Sunday night !

Everyone enjoyed the weekend. I was relieved it all went smoothly.

Madrid was very popular with the lads. In general, they thought it was a cool city- even the ones that weren't too keen on it in the first place.

There's a Parrilla, I think it's near Plaza Mayor, called El Gaucho, which my brother had discovered previously. The lads adored it and we had to go back again before we left. You should check it out, if you haven't already.

It was a pity about one of the lads getting pickpocketed, but sure there's always a risk of that in big cities.

All your advice and tips were spot on.

Thanks for refund of the deposit and the balance for the karting. I think it's worth getting the trophy- as Sacha, one of the stags, won it, so please deduct the postage from the refund due.

Finally, a special mention for Angela. The lads loved her and couldn't have been more complementary about her.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for all you help in organising such a great weekend. Everybody fully enjoyed themselves.
Hotel was great, location excellent, the weather was lovely and the Fallas celebrations was the icing on the cake.

All activities were exactly what was expected, and fully enjoyed by all.

Pass on my thanks to Alexa and Garry for all there help and patience! :) If you need any photo's of activities, or stag weekend etc to post on your web, let me know.

I would like to Thank You both for a really great weekend. The Hotel was fantastic (much better than a 2star hotel once work completed). The atmosphere at the game was fantastic and the whole weekend went down really well (from what I remember). Alex turned up 5 minutes after we arrived at the airport which lifted a load off of my shoulders so much so that I wanted to give her a really BIG KISS, along with the fact that she is really pretty had nothing to do with it!
 
Thanks again for all your hard work and patience and I will recommend you to anyone else that is thinking of going to Spain for a Stag or otherwise.

Hi both,

We had a fab time and got so mix sightseeing with having a lot of fun!!

The flamenco lesson was fab and a real ice breaker for us to all get to know each other! The teacher was excellent, she was so patient and I think as we had a lotof dancers in the group she quite enjoyed the fact that we picked it up quite quickly.

Larios was fantastic and went down really well! Food and ambience was amazing and price so reasonable!

Mark, I cannot thank you enugh for your guidance with our apartments as well! I know it was nothing to do with you but it was a massive help and a relief for me once all sorted!

Thank you for all your guidance throughout and if I organise any more hen weekends I will know where to come.

I shall send you some pics soon once sorted out.

Thank you for organising everything!  We had a superb time, though most of us are still recovering.  Saturday was awesome – paintball, Bernebeu, Chelsea II, and that club you recommended was fantastic (something Sol).

I will recommend you to anyone else I know going to Madrid for a party.

Thanks for your email.....we really had a grand time in Madrid and came home with some great memories, photos and video (which could almost be considered as pornagraphic - dreading the girl's night in when we watch it!).

It was probably a good job that you didn't join us on the last evening......we started off as the tartan army but by the end of the evening there was less tartan and more flesh!!....poor Madrid!!

My thighs were on fire by the end of the weekend.....too many lame attempts at pole dancing....obviously not built for it!

Anyway thanks for being the best guide...we will certainly consider contacting you again (sorry!) when booking another girls only weekend!

Sorry for the tardy reply, I've been up to my ears since I've got back from Madrid.
 
Firstly, I have got my bond back, I checked my account and the £320 is there, so thank you very much for that prompt return.
 
Secondly, thank you, we had a very good time in Madrid. The Karting was excellent and we had a good time there. Can you pass on my own personal thank you to Cecilia as she managed to get a booking in a restaurant for all 16 of us at very short notice. From what she was saying, in Spain people go and get tapas and just drink and nibble whilst waiting for a table, rather than making definite bookings so it was probably a job to get us a table in a place near Plaza Santa Ana, so thank you for that.
 
I'm pretty sure most people had a good weekend, so thanks for all your help. Hope to return one day soon, perhaps to do something more cultural with my girlfriend, rather than do two all dayers!

It all went great thanks - a very good weekend, regardless of the weather (which all the locals were only too keen to explain to us was 'freak')!!

The appartments were great - just what we were after.

Our tour guides were most helpful - Audrey in particular deserves a mention here as she was both polite and patient with us.

Also, in terms of the events - I thought the football and the stag-meal were well organised and good value.

So as you will no doubt have guessed from my note here - the weekend was a success. Fran really enjoyed himself. We would definitely recommend Valencia as a stag-destination to others.

Sorry I haven’t got back to you sooner – but big thanks to you and your guys for everything. I felt it worked really well – as smooth as it could have and you gave me plenty of info to sift through before we came which I know can be a pain from your side sometimes, but really helped us get our bearings and get a feel of what Madrid had to offer.

All the lads enjoyed it, the apartments were fine for what we needed them for, transport / tapas were all good and most of all your Angela was a diamond! She’s a real asset to your business and is certainly an excellent face to your company, so many thanks are due to her as well. She’s extremely helpful and nothing was too much effort for her.

I’ll look out for the money and if we come to Spain for another bash at some point, I’ll definitely be in touch.
